Monday there were suspicious men walking around carrying duffel bags. – Hillary Wooley, Farr Street, Rogers, reported at 5:35 p.m. She showed deputies text message between her and her estranged husband and it appeared he knew she was staying at the cabin. They were his estranged wife, Ruth Weaver, and their seven children. Deputies and Columbiana police found eight people inside the cabin behind Weaver’s home.
